Africa
Marty recently returned home from a trip to Africa. He went with his dad and younger brother Eric. Marty had some investigators on his mission from Africa who were baptized and later had to go back to Lusaka. A trip was planned and they headed to visit George and Keith in Lusaka as well as to go on a safari, visit Victoria Falls, and climb Kilimanjaro. It was a total of about 18 days and can I just say that is hard as a newlywed. I finally got used to having Marty home and all of the sudden he was gone again. He was able to facetime and to send messages throughout the trip occasionally and that made it a little more bearable.

Marty had an amazing time in Africa and would love to go back and take me along. I will have to get him to post something about his experience because he is a much better story teller than I am..

ReplyDeleteThanks Ang!! I know we aren't very entertaining but I figured it'd be fun to try out :) Haha I am trying.. The hard part is I take all the photo's (mostly because Marty doesn't think to take any.. as it is he thinks I take too many now. Definitely not true ;)) I will be working on getting more up of the both of us soon though!
