Marty has gotten into cycling quite a bit lately. He really likes to mountain bike but is getting into road biking as well. He went for a mountain bike ride with his Dad in Cedar and then came home and we took the boys to the river. It was a nice day and the boys enjoyed the endless supply of rocks. It was nice to be able to relax and have them stay close by while continually throwing rocks. It was great that we were both off work and able to spend some time together. :)
