This year Grandpa decided to put a temporary ban on the "no going to Powell unless you are potty trained" so that the twins could come! Marty and I were very happy because we love Lake Powell and really wanted to go!
Unfortunately, Colt man was sick with diarrhea and a fever.. He had one MAJOR dirty diaper. We all thought we had picked a beach that had a dead animal near by. That's how bad it was.. After it followed us on the boat we realized it must not be an actual dead animal.. Just poor little Colt man :( Worst diaper I've ever changed. We threw out the diaper and his swim suit.. All in all for the boys being sick they did really well! :)

We stayed one night and had such a good time. We decided though that since our children were sick we would call it and go home early. Grandpa and Grandma stayed one more day. Maybe next time we can make it the full length of the trip.
