Uncle Craven came up for a visit and brought a girl.. :) Her name is Lexi and we had a great weekend with her and Uncle Craven this weekend! We spent time out by the pool and eating.. a lot! Or so it seemed. We enjoyed a little date night with dinner at Cafe Rio and a movie while my mom watched the boys for a few hours. Saturday we went to Zion National Park and did a couple of hikes. We first went to the pine creek water hole and Uncle Craven jumped in a couple of times. None of us were really prepared to actually swim but if we had been it would've been a blast!! After that we went up through the tunnel to the overlook hike. It's not too long of a hike but it was pretty warm. We enjoyed the nice breeze at the overlook and took a few pictures. Colten actually fell asleep with daddy as we hiked to the overlook while Carter was beginning to fuss. On the way back to the car Carter stole my thumb and dozed off too. It was a funny sight to see two sleeping boys on the trail. To finish our trip we ate at Oscar's our favorite place to eat while visiting Zion. Uncle Craven and Lexi went back into the park to hike Angels Landing but Colten and Carter were finished for the day so we headed home. They planned to join back with us later that evening to continue the fun before the end of their trip.
