Fall

I love this time of year. With the holidays just around the corner (literally) and the cooler weather. Yes, I absolutely love summer but fall is awesome too! We have cool weather that isn't too hot or too cold (although its getting quite cold lately), the leaves are BEAUTIFUL, and the holidays! I absolutely love the color change. I wish it was a little more obvious here. The best I've seen in Northern Utah. 

For as long as I can remember I have looked forward do doing our "first family photos". So this fall I decided I wanted to do some. The boys were almost sitting but I was growing impatient. Plus Marty was pretty much against doing them -party popper ;).  A photographer had come to the Larsen's asking to be able to take a photo shoot with their whole extended family. We were included and yes had some great family shots taken of the 4 of us and then also a big group photo. However, I was really wanting to get a couple of Marty and I, individuals of Colten & Carter and I am wishing I had gotten a couple of the both of them but hey I am new at this mom thing and still figuring it out. I will get it right next time. I love how they turned out though and am so grateful  for our friend Nick who took them for us!

Unfortunately the boys weren't quite sitting on their own yet.. So Marty helped a little. Of course just a few weeks later they figured it out. Oh well!
